Fortunes of the Horse in the Tiger Year 2010

by Lai SW on January 8, 2010

The horse will have his/her fair share of good and not so good fortunes this year.

The horse signs would be those born 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990 and of course the precious ones born in 2002. Those born before the second world war would be 80 years old now.

The not so favorable note this year is that there are slightly more unfavorable stars than auspicious ones. Of course, do take this with a pinch of whatever as all stars do have a sliver of positive benevolence. In a sort of way, they help us to look a little deeper into our self and at the same time help us to work out the ‘bad’ so that the future is more promising. Also, since their arrival is announced beforehand, it is like giving us the exam papers before the exam. Isn’t that nice?

Horses are prone to be the target of malicious words and gossip this year. They seem to be the favorite scapegoat for things that are going or are going wrong. So the solution would be to maintain one’s calm even though the pressure and spotlight is on. A calm composure should help us weather this unwanted attention. Look at it as a repayment of one’s share of hurt one has inadvertently caused in the past.

GuanFu, the arm of the law, is keeping a close watch on horses. His presence is there so, avoid unnecessary disputes that entails calling in authorities. The big people may have to worry about offending the law or be on the wrong side of a civil action but for the lesser mortals ones, it may amount to no more than a speeding fine or a parking ticket. No much horse luck if you think you can make a quick dash into the store, grab what you want hoping to save the parking.

The bright side. There is always a bright side. This is a good year for business and career opportunities. The wealth star is shining so keep a lookout for opportunities. The sky is clearest during the  month of September. March is a profitable month but be more conservative than usual during the last days of spring in April.

As the wise saying goes, destiny is the road each individual will have to traverse on their own. But they can choose to do so with wisdom. Chinese animal sign astrology can only give a broad reading at best.

May all have a bountiful and purposeful year!
